Lara is an artist, illustrator and art teacher living with her family in Montreal by the Saint Lawrence River.
Before rooting in Canada she graduated in Fine Arts and Education in Spain and has been devoted to both fields ever since. Over the years, she has completed diverse commissioned works, specially through painting and illustration, as well as a heart-felt collection of personal work.
Through different forms and materials she likes to tell stories of love and nature, evoking a unique feeling of deep affection and nostalgia captured by her own sensibility. The natural world, her own surroundings and her family are her main source of inspiration.
She currently works in diverse artistic projects while teaching art.

Lara est une artiste, illustratrice et enseignante d'art. Elle habite avec sa famille à Montréal, au bord du fleuve Saint-Laurent.
Avant de s'installer au Canada, elle a obtenu un diplôme en beaux-arts et en éducation en Espagne et se consacre depuis à ces deux domaines. Au fil des ans, elle a réalisé diverses commandes, notamment en peinture et en illustration, ainsi qu'une collection d'œuvres personnelles.
À travers différentes formes et matériaux, elle aime raconter des histoires d'amour et de nature, évoquant un sentiment unique d'affection profonde et de nostalgie, capturé par sa propre sensibilité. La nature, son environnement et sa famille sont ses principales sources d'inspiration.
Elle travaille actuellement sur divers projets artistiques tout en enseignant l'art.
